Virtual Workshop at the University of Washington

Back by popular demand, Mike Martyn, 3x Shingo Research Prize winner and author of Own the Gap will teach a gemba-based workshop at the University of Washington specifically designed to show you how to implement a daily management system aligned with Shingo Principles. 

This 4-Phase Development Model led to more than 80,000 employee-implemented ideas and $328 million in financial benefit to the university, and won the 2019 Shingo Research Prize.
