  1. Begin to define a purpose that will connect/align individuals in your team and provide the “why” that will inspire them to engage
  2. Establish balanced objectives for the team
  3. Choose one goal for the team to focus on
  4. Translate the goal to daily or weekly “winning or losing”

Foundational Elements Questions

  1. Does the team have goals that are measurable, aligned to the organization AND posted?
  2. Have the goals been translated into daily (weekly) winning or losing?
